Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by matching personal details, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method or other indicators — pk3665 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and forfeit any balances therein.
Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of pk3665 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register or maintain an Account or access any Services on the Platform.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pk3665 will never contact you requesting your password by any means. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk3665 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have not reported a breach promptly.
pk3665 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.
Pakistani Users: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport is acceptable as primary identity documentation. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence showing your name and residential address in Pakistan.
pk3665 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided solely as contextual familiarity for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute endorsement, affiliation, or any guarantee that those providers support gambling transactions. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits may be accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as displayed on the Platform. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction and may include a conversion margin. The displayed balance in your Account reflects the applicable account currency.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Prior to withdrawal processing, you must:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's payments page and are subject to change. Specific limits, including daily and monthly maximums, apply to individual payment methods and account tiers.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on pk3665 are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, only wagers placed on eligible games or markets contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all.
Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. pk3665 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.
pk3665 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Patterns of play indicative of bonus exploitation — including low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage behaviour or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — may result in the voiding of bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings and closure of the Account concerned.
pk3665 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an Account at the point of modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of credit.
VIP Programme: Additional terms apply to the pk3665 VIP loyalty programme. Tier eligibility, cashback percentages, withdrawal processing priority and other VIP benefits are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically. pk3665 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and benefits without prior notice.
A wager is deemed accepted only when pk3665's system confirms the bet and a bet reference number is issued. Network errors, timeouts or system failures during the placement process may result in a bet not being registered. It is your responsibility to verify that wagers have been accepted before assuming liability or expectation of return.
pk3665 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed after an event's official start time; (b) it was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (c) the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not reach a valid conclusion; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to your Account balance at the original stake.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds presented at the moment of confirmed bet acceptance are those that apply to the wager. pk3665 is not liable for fluctuations in odds that occur between a user initiating and confirming a wager.
Live or in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. pk3665 does not guarantee the availability of live markets for any particular event, including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL / T20 matches, international football or UFC events.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day apply to all betting markets and are published on the Platform. pk3665 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict markets for individual accounts at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk3665. Any unauthorised use may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing us at the address listed in Section 17. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure and return any Real Money Funds balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated promotional winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedure set out in Section 6. Closure of an Account does not extinguish any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3665 holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your own jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
